All services are available nationwide via secure virtual platforms.

Civil/Private Mediation

  • $300 per hour split between parties.

  • Additional administrative, travel and cancellation fees may apply. 


Mediation Court Appointed Family FL

  • Under $50,000 combined gross income: $60 per person per session.

  • $50,000 to $100,000 combined gross income: $120 per person per session.

  • Over $100,000 combined gross income: Not eligible for the court program; must hire a private mediator.

  • Indigent parties: $0 fee if an official Affidavit of Indigency is approved by the Clerk of Court.


Mediation Court Appointed County FL

  • Court-appointed and court-program county mediation rates in Florida typically range from free to $120 per party per session, regulated by local judicial circuit administrative orders under Section 44.108, Florida Statutes.


Conflict Coaching

Personalized coaching to strengthen conflict competence, communication skills, and leadership effectiveness.

 

One‑on‑One Coaching

$200 per hour

Small‑Group Coaching (2–20 participants)

$150 per person per hour

Focused one‑on‑one support for professionals, leaders, and individuals navigating conflict or communication challenges.

 

ADR Leadership Training

Our ADR Leadership Series is a three‑part professional development program designed to strengthen conflict competence across all levels of an organization.

 

Participants learn structured intervention skills through Third‑Party Resolution, direct communication strategies through Successful Conflict Conversations, and finally Advanced Mediation Techniques used by certified mediators.

 

This seminar equips leaders, HR professionals, and employees with practical tools to resolve conflict early, effectively, and confidently.

This is a tiered ADR leadership curriculum that builds skills progressively.

 

Three half-day sessions OR one full day and one half day $8500. 

 

Conflict Dynamics Profile Asessment 

$250 per 60 minute session Includes:

  • Guided walkthrough of the CDP‑I report

  • Interpretation of conflict behaviors and hot buttons

  • Strengths and development opportunities

  • Personalized conflict‑competence strategies

  • Optional workplace‑specific application or action plan.
